I would like them to bring it to Steam.ĮDIT: Adding this to the top level description. Updates to your video and sound card drivers may be required. Please note that NVIDIA GeForce 9300, 8500, 8400, and 8300 are below minimum system requirements, as are AMD/ATI Radeon HD3200, HD3300, and HD4350. I don't want to use Origin to get anything and I don't want to trust them to keep hosting it. Buy Mass Effect 3 (2012) 256 MB (with Pixel Shader 3.0 Support) (Supported chipsets: NVIDIA 7900 or better ATI X1800 or better. Just this year they stopped hosting C&C The First Decade because they wanted us to buy the remake. EA just randomly decided a couple years ago to stop hosting it. If you don't think that will happen, then go buy The Sims 2.

More importantly, though, we are, right now, watching Origin die, so if they don't actually bring the DLC to Steam, we might have to torrent the DLCs in a couple years when EA stops hosting them. If you don't mind manually installing, then GoG is better in every way. Also, not wanting to manually install things is why Steam became big in the first place. Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 are the only games in my 700 game library that require me to hope that the FTP will still be up if I want to come back to them later. I know that you can manually download them for free and use them with the Steam version.
